K2 Quintet
K2 is a jazz quintet based in Sussex. We play the most interesting and varied funk, swing and Latin numbers that we can find from the Jazz canon, alongside original compositions and radical reworkings of pop classics.
You can see us playing as a quartet or quintet, often with friends, every month for free at The White Horse in Ditchling or backing the fabulous vocals of Aneesa Chaudhry in the Jazz etc series and elsewhere.
K2 is available for private hire, with or without Aneesa and as a quartet or quintet, depending on your budget. We’d love to play for your wedding, birthday party or other occasion, and we can tailor our set to give you a show that’s laid-back, energetic or a mixture of both.
We’ll be at The White Horse on the first Wednesday of every month, starting Wednesday 8 January 2025.
The White Horse is a traditional village pub in the centre of Ditchling, opposite the church and village green. There is free parking behind the village hall and just outside the village on the B2116 towards Keymer.
